We encountered several issues that affected our experience. First, the air conditioning in our room was unsatisfactory. it felt like it hadn't been updated in decades, making it uncomfortable during the night. there was a persistent unpleasant smell around the pool area, which really detracted from our ability to enjoy the amenities. On top of that, the breakfast options were disappointing, lacking variety and quality.

staying here was awesome because it’s just a short stroll of less than 5 minutes to Playa de Levante and within walking distance of L'Aiguera Park, making it perfect for my city strolls and park views during my weekend getaway.

the magic hotel has a brilliant location, just steps from the main strip and convenient transport options outside. the rooms were always well-kept and spacious, with friendly staff making our stay enjoyable. the pool area, along with the outdoor jacuzzi, was particularly lovely.

On arrival, we were greeted with chocs and a bottle of champagne, which was a lovely surprise! The staff were FANTASTIC, always happy and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection, and the entertainment was fun even in low season.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. On my first stay, staff helped me with directions, and they have always been brilliant. I highly recommend it!
